For those of you who are just starting your search for a home, you can get some great information here, online, without talking to us.  Just click on Request Info and fill out the brief form as an Interested Buyer, and you’ll immediately get a Market Snapshot of available homes in the area you request.  Or, click above on Find Homes and search listings at your own pace.  When you are ready to start your search in earnest, call us and we’ll get you into some great properties. 

By the way, we have access to some great deals on properties that have recently been purchased at foreclosure auction.  Some of these are at deep discounts if you are willing to buy them “as is”.  The inventory is constantly changing, so call or email us for details. 

Remember, having your own Buyer’s Agent who represents your interests and not those of the Seller can be invaluable if you want to get the best terms possible when you are buying real estate.
